"The staff was great and super friendly! The room was exact opposite! The bathroom counter was dirty, the sheets looked like they were slept in, the towels had hair stuck in them and when I woke there were bugs in the room. Some looked like roaches, another kind and flies. The seal at the bottom of the door was pretty much gone so think the all came in at night. I went to the store and picked up cleaner and paper towels to wipe down surfaces. Very sad as I was there dealing with an injury of my own and visiting my aunt who was in the ICU next door. No, I don’t talk to the staff. Although super friendly, my cousin also had a room and she had the same issues… so why bother them?"

"Room was clean and comfortable but a bit small. Air conditioning was marginal and did not cool to the level that was set, i.e., warmer than what was set. Also, thermostat had a wait period when adjusting temperature before it would come on. Shower needed more pressure and volume. Typical breakfast area, nice sized and very friendly breakfast staff. The sausage was a sliced hot link, which was nice change of pace, vs a typical bacon or link/patty sausage. No turkey bacon or sausage option which is not a problem for us but may be to some. Not a real friendly entry into the property."

"I normally love this location, but this time let me down. Staff was great, as always- but the room left a lot to be desired. There was hair everywhere on the bathroom floor and in the shower. The sink was a bit grimy, and the dish soap was not refreshed. My blinds were also broken/tattered and I could not raise them, as the chain was broken. It was late, so that’s on me for not changing rooms. "
