The hotel was clean, comfortable and safe. The aircon was excellent. The shower was wonderful- hot water and a rain shower. The staff were warm and friendly. The hotel is in a great location as there are ample restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Our room had a view of the river too, which was tranquil. Overall, it was perfect for our one night before moving onto the Galápagos Islands. I’d stay again and would recommend to others who are visiting Guayaquil.

We loved this hotel. From their cheerfulness when we arrived at 3 in the morning to their helpfulness about booking cabs and restaurants to the charming decor everything was perfect.

Right on the Malecon. A short taxi ride to the airport. Full glass windows right out across the river...it was spectacular. Lots of restaurants just below to choose from. A five minute walk to the bottom of the path for Santana, which has 444 steps to the top along a cute path through houses and restaurants. There is a little church at the top and a great view.

This hotel was a lovely experience and made the transfer to and from the Galapagos a pleasurable experience. The area where hotel is located is serene, peaceful, calm. The hotel has beautiful internal gardens, gorgeous rooms and marble bathrooms. Also a special lounge with an "honesty" bar. Included in the rate is an afternoon tea served in the orchid garden. The exercise room has basic, but quality equipment for strength or aerobic training. It is not all that far from the airport,...

Has 2 gyms and pool, all good.

Very comfortable hotel close to iguana park. Comfortable spacious room and bed. Strongly recommend.

Great hotel, helpful staff. Very helpful to have free washing machine and dryer for hotel guests to use. Breakfast is delicious too. Right next to some great shopping centres.

I had a great stay here - everything is as you would expect from a hotel of this kind. The room was clean with a great view out on to the street and the malecon Boardwalk, and all other facilities were well maintained. Staff were helpful and amiable as well. Recommended.
