ODDSSON Downtown Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"I never had issues with self check-ins, the admin/owner of the property replied to all the inquiries I had. The location of the place was great, and the bus stop (#13) for our tours designated pick-up was only 5 to 6mins walk. Bed was comfortable as well, and a small basic kitchen was a PLUS! Thank you for the great accomodation."

Miðgarður by Center Hotels

8/10 Good

"Good location but very limited parking. Nice hot tub and helpful staff. Needed a bit better breakfast ."

B18 Apartments

8/10 Good

"Great location as Bonus supermarket was 1 min walk away. Great response from management. Can’t use the projector as it requires a cable connected to a lap top Parking can b challenging when returning late but not impossible. Walkable to town especially the local spa that’s very affordable. It has a local vibe friendly staff n users. Clean and not overcrowded with tourists like Blue Lagoon However the construction work outside the flat was terrible. The noise generated made u leave the flat n don’t return till after 5pm. Cannot relax or have a lie in due to the extreme noise level. Please check with management if the work is complete, otherwise I’d avoid it unless u want a noise filled holiday let."

"I had a wonderful stay at Fosshotel Rauðará! The location is excellent, within walking distance of almost everywhere I wanted to go in Reykjavík—a great base for exploring the city. A special thank-you to Julia and the lovely staff member who checked me in upon arrival, whose name I believe was Anna. Both were incredibly helpful and welcoming, and I truly appreciated their kindness. Warm regards to both of you, and thank you for helping make my time in Iceland so memorable. I would happily stay here again!"
