I went on a business trip and stayed at this hotel. The hotel is very close to the beach and is well secured. The room was very spacious and very clean and it gets cleaned every day. The staff members are very friendly, helpful and available anytime to assist. I fully recommend this hotel as you really get value for money. I also recommend it for families as well. For sure I will book again for my next trip there. Thank you Team for making my trip a very pleasant one.

I had issues booking this hotel via Expedia on Christmas Eve. Ended spending hours in the lobby having Expedia redo the booking on my behalf because my original booking did not show on Hennessy park hotel's system. Despite this rough start, the staff at Hennessy was empathetic and accommodating particularly Kath, who was assisting the entire time. So grateful for her being there! Overall the experience was good. We had an ocean view and the outlook was beautiful. The breakfast service was brilliant, and whilst the choice was not huge, the eggs were to die for. My biggest constructive feedback is the lack of reception from the front desk each time we entered and exited the building, a smile m, warm welcome or hello goes a long way.
