"Great location and good staff but for €500 a night, we were underwhelmed by the quality of the room (cheap, broken fixtures, bad smells). We were also locked out of our room for about an hour and the staff could only open the door with a master key, which we had to ask for at the lobby. The staff were kind enough to let us check out late."

"Great hotel in an excellent location, very close to the bus station and just a short walk from the town centre. It’s a little on the expensive side, but the convenience and overall experience made it worthwhile. The staff were lovely throughout our stay, and the front-of-house team in particular were excellent and very welcoming. Check-in was quite late, which wasn’t ideal after travelling, but everything else ran smoothly. Having a ski shop within the hotel was a big plus and made organising equipment very easy. The hotel restaurant was reasonably priced for dinner and the food was good. Breakfast, however, was quite expensive, so we ended up opting to eat elsewhere in the mornings. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. The location, helpful staff, and on-site ski facilities made things easy, and I would definitely stay here again."

"The room was super clean the bed was so comfortable. A great sleep. The staff were amazing at the front desk, they are a credit to this hotel. Super helpful and the best I have seen with their positive helpful happy nature. I would give it 5 rating for all categories it would have been great if there was a kettle to make tea/coffee otherwise absoultely fantastic stay."

"Clean rooms, great service, really good breakfast, great staff, and a great floor show. The bar was a fun scene. Dated rooms with funky lighting. One thing to be aware of is that not all rooms have a ski locker associated with the room. Location is great. Easy to get up the hill or to walk to town. We had to ask for a safe to be installed— was done before we finished breakfast—super responsive. Worth the money. "
