I had issues booking this hotel via Expedia on Christmas Eve. Ended spending hours in the lobby having Expedia redo the booking on my behalf because my original booking did not show on Hennessy park hotel's system.

Absolutely stunning stay! From the warm welcome to the enormous suite with an incredible afternoon tea with wine sent up to with their compliments, this hotel could not have done more for us. The rooms are large, quiet, with stunning views, I just wish we could have stayed longer.
