"After arriving at the location, had to call and wait 10 min. for a person to come and open it. The advertised 24/7 front desk is by phone only. The pictures advertised are from another location. They don't have a restaurant, only a location for special events. No A/C on the first floor room. Not any kind of hangers for towels or support for toilet paper. No toiletries except 2 small round soaps. No slippers available. For the price it is a total rip off."

"Liked everything, it was what we looked for: traditional ambient, good food and atmosphere, the whole idea of cottages with a communal dinner for the guests is really nice. The staff were very attentive and friendly. It was a great pleasure to be there"

"I’ve been staying at Park Hotel since 2007. It’s a nice, cozy place, with excellent value for the money. Very quiet for being situated in the middle of the city. Nice surrounding park. Free private parking. It’s been constantly upgraded, but not really up to date. Breakfast is not included, it’s pricey and lacking. The restaurant menu is surprisingly poor. "

"The actual hotel didn't match the photos, it was an outdated, dusty and old hotel. The room were newly renovated, however they were not fully ready and they were smelling as fresh paint. There was no restaurant by the lake, as in the photos. Also, there is no access to the lake. The food wasn't great. In the morning, there was no running water in the entire hotel."

"Great property in the little village of Viscri. Well maintain and refurbished. Very delicious home cooked traditional Romanian meals. Can’t be beat!"
