"Nightmare stay... Filthy dirty rooms, reception picking up the phone and putting it aside in front of my eyes, room not provided even at 10 pm of check in saying rooms are being cleaned... Pls avoid this place "

"The stay was terrible, this should not be listed as 5-star hotel. The rooms were not clean and the reception charged me additional amount confusing my booking with someone else’s. They finally adjusted the amount with all the room service I ordered but definitely a poor experience. I would not recommend this hotel as 5-star from an infrastructure, service or food standpoint. For me, this is a poor experience with expedia as I trusted the platform’s rating. "
