Pleasant hotel; clean, comfortable quiet room; twin bed as requested; free outdoor parking was available; about 15 min walk along the river to the old centre of town; located in a more suburban/business area.

The staff were friendly and attentive. We particularly enjoyed sitting in the garden on the very balmy evenings - beautiful atmosphere. The out door and function areas are spacious with nice artwork.

Good location, if you luck you can park in hotel for free. The hotel does not provide any coffee and tea bags, if required an additional charge of 8 euros.

The staff here were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very nicely set out but the rooms are are on the small side of small and no kettle, coffee maker etc. The location of the hotel is great being directly across the road from the river, within walking distance of anywhere in town and a short drive to Burg Eltz. For the cost the room isn’t terrible value but if we are back in the area we would stay elsewhere just simple on the room size and lack of the little comforts in the...

Beautifully positioned right on the Rhine River and close to Koblenz. Great staff and the room was large, bright and clean. Couldn't fault.

Themed room fit-out (Hollywood) was very appealing. Excellent location in city centre next to Muenzplatz with its very good restaurant options. Short walk to the Rhine. Parked at a Parkhaus (paid) 5 minutes walk away which was good and convenient once we'd found it.
