"I booked their "luxury apartment".
Unfortunately, I quickly realized that there wasn't much "luxury" about it after all.
As soon as I stepped inside, there was a terrible smell throughout the apartment. (I found out that it was coming from the drain pipe in the shower). The air conditioning in the room was connected to a pipe system that ran through the bathroom, had collapsed, the bathroom door couldn't close completely. "The room was listed with A/C and it was my main reason to book it. But it was not any A/C. We could not sleep well during hot summer night. We slept with open windows. "Very clean, spacious family room. We had a small kitchen which proved very useful as there aren't many places open for an evening meal (seem to be open for main meals at lunchtime) but it's very close a a really good supermarket. Helpful staff. Pretty town to explore, good brewery/restaurant close by. Easy walking distance to the train station which gets you to Kutna Hora and Prague. "

"Really cool hotel in an ancient Medieval building right in the heart of the city. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and I love that it was downstairs in the old wine cellar. And our room was MASSIVE and had a great shower and lots of closet space and shelves. I also love the free coffee, tea and snacks in the lobby that we could access 24 hours a day."

"I like a very firm bed, and this one was excellent. The shower temperature controls were very responsive. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was wonderful.
The rooms DO have air conditioning, which is not mentioned on their website. Very pleasant stay overall."

"After sightseeing in Prague this place was the perfect spot to fully rest my tired body and mind. It was an enchanting experience that made me feel like nobility.
