"The hotel was great but the only thing was they didn't have a pool when I booked it online it said it did but it was for another branch they put all the pictures into one, other than that it was excellent. "

"If you just need a bed to sleep in this was the place, other than that, NO! Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. My first room had a broken bed so I was upgraded to a balcony view of a parking lot. lol Staff not overly friendly, carpets stained, bath tub not draining. "

"Front entrance door not in service (does not open automatic). Not in compliance with ADA. You must tug on the door and hurt your hand and I broke a nail. lighting through out the hall is dim and dark, you feel like you are in a garage parking lot. I check in and entered the room and the bedding was musty and soiled. Next morning I ask for them to change bedding. I stayed for three weeks and they cleaned the room four times. Mid-stay they ask me to change rooms due to building construction concerns. Due to poor house keeping I ran out of toilet paper. This was the worst Residence Inn I stayed in and I travel multiple states per year for work."

"We stayed here for a school convention. They were very patient with the kids and check in and check out was very easy. Its an older hotel so its condition is ok but they are working on renovations."

"The price was very fair for the property, but the carpet in my room was significantly stained. The rest of the room and facility was as expected. "

"The room smelled very strongly of Fabuloso or some other floral cleaning product. There was paint stains and drips on the floor. The bedding had some stains and the lamp next to the bed had a stain as well. The toilet paper was not fresh. It had been used you could tell by the roll. We ended up not staying after about 1-2 hours because of the smell. We have reached out to management multiple days in a row and still no call back or refund as we didn’t stay. Also the people that are there are unsavory, there were some people hanging out with their doors open to their rooms and had beach chairs outside of their rooms etc. didn’t feel safe. "
