"When I travel alone, I look for “good deals.” Motel 6 has always advertised as being a basic room. i remember the days when you had to pay extra for TV. This Motel 6 is bare bones, although there’s a pool."

"Our stay was good. We had a problem with the air conditioner in our room. It just kept cutting off and on and wasn't cooling very well. The room temperature was 76. I kept putt the temp down but it just wasn't cooling. Around midnight I finally took it down to 65 degrees. Finally cooled. By morning the room temp was 68. We were not impressed with the breakfast. They had warmers on them, but the eggs and sausage were cold. I worried about eating it, but put my plate in the microwave for a minute or so. I was a little worried about food poisoning, but decided it hadn't really been out that long. This really needs to be corrected. "

"The staff were kind. There are areas in the room that needs to be better. The smoke detector was removed, that’s against code. I found hair that wasn’t mine in the bed. I am hoping that happened in the wash, that can happen. There weren’t many channels available on the tv. The price was affordable. "

"Hot tub was amazing, room was clean and bed was great! Young man at desk was amazing and so polite. I felt he loved his job and liked people in general. This really made are stay comfortable and we will be back!"

"Toilet didn’t flush every time, paint peeling off the door and wall in the bathroom and super noisy upper room neighbor. "

"We had to call the front desk several times to report a neighbor's barking dogs that were left unattended. They barked all night and it was very disturbing. I understand that Laquinta is a pet friendly hotel but it is not fair that guests without pets are disturbed by multiple barking dogs"
