"The facilty was FILTHY. The rooms, the hallways were all poorly kept. No amenities AT ALL. No kleenex in the rooms, only hand soap no other soaps or shampoos/body washes and no hair dryer. Very few towels, we only got one washcloth. It was not an enjoyable stay at all. I felt like everything was very dirty. I didn't even feel safe using the towels to dry off with considering how dirty everything else was. "

"Lady at check in was very rude on Friday until the manager came out to help check others in. She completely changed the way she was speaking to me and my daughter and was suddenly helpful."

"We stayed mid week. The room was ok. It seemed very noisy and there were no blackout curtains so the parking lot light shown in our window all night. Two big moving trucks pulled up sideways in thw parking lot right on top of our car. They had many other places to park those big trucks. The lobby looked un kept and not very inviting or clean. The desk person when we checked in amelled of smoked and seemed put out that she had to come inside off her break to check us in. Not very friendly. Then they put a $50 charge on my card after I had already prepaid. Said it was for damages if they occur. Ive only had that happen with one other hotel. 2 days later and said charges have not been reversed. We wont be staying here again."

"I would like to rate the staff higher however this is the second year I have had an issue with the housekeeping staff. My husband and I attend an event not far from this hotel around the same time every year. Because the event doesn’t start until later in the day, I asked for a late checkout. For $15 I was given until 1 pm. But even though I had a late checkout, the housekeeping staff began knocking on my door at 9 AM. I told them to go away, which means I’m obviously occupying the room and I had not checked out. They then knocked on my door at 10 AM which I said please go away. I have a late checkout. And then at 10:30, I could hear someone trying to use a key card to open the door without knocking. Luckily, I had locked the deadbolt. At 11 AM, I received another knock in which I walked up to the door and said please go away. I have a late checkout. Call the front desk. And then again at noon, they knocked on the door. At this point, I was very upset. I told the housekeeper to please go away, that I had a late checkout, and that she needed to call the front desk. She just stood outside my door until I walked back to it and told her if you don’t leave, I’ll call them and tell them you’re harassing me. Due to a health issue it is difficult for me to sleep. All of this made it impossible. I used to work in a hotel- this was ridiculous."
