Lovely Hotel, close enough to town, beach, supermarket and dining. Staff were nice and helpful at all times. Breakfast was really nice with lots of selection of very fresh foods. Rooms cleaned to a good standard. Only negative was that the wifi signal was a bit irregular and our triple room tight for lack of space for our suitcases.

The hotel is very comfortable and well located. Andrea is incredibly helpful and had soms great recommendations for restaurants. Would definitely come again

Ideal place to stay especially with a car easy access to toll road Short drive into Levanto and easy access to railway to visit coastal towns This was the end of our 7 weeks away and an ideal place to stay and relax and enjoy Breakfast very good and a top class restaurant for evening meals

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough. The staff are lovely and everything about our room was perfect. Couldn't ask for more.

What a fantastic 4 day stay. I’ve been to Vernazza many times, however this was my best accommodation. Great service in all accounts, staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Great roof top terrace and breakfast was so yummy. I will definitely stay there again.

Michelle and Paolo make your stay special from picking you up at the station to briefing you all you need to know about the Cinque Terre. As a Silver Member I got a local bottle of wine that was amazing. Be prepared for lots of steps, so pack light.

Beautiful room with an amazing host. The area was lovely with several restaurants and close to Porto Venere

Could not have been a better location in Manarola. Not too far up the hill, right on top of the square. Very convenient.

We stayed in room 202. It was a corner suite and had fantastic view

We had a wonderful stay in this small family-run hotel with a superb view. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative was the somewhat irregulsr bus service from Manarola up the hill to Volastra where the hotel is located.

Amazing views & room was very nice. Only negative I have is when trying to get some ice for drinks from bar staff was almost impossible. Location is great for the view & main town is not too far, but need to climb heaps of stairs to get there from hotel & difficult to get parking close to the main centre.

I don’t normally give feedback on my stays, but I will for an exceptional stay at a greatly price. I was most impressed with the quality of the check in procedure and the instructions were complete and unambiguous. The bonus was the lift to the 3rd Floor. With bags it was a massive plus. I would give our stay 10 out of 10.
