On-site guard is really courteous and helpful. It is a property overseen by the bigger Urban Wave Resort. You’d need to pick up the key from there and a helpful staff will guide/accompany you to the location of Balai Balatong. Had a pleasant stay even though only for a night to catch an early flight at the airport."
