"The access key didn't work properly. The internet kept failing. Out of all the booking I have used in Hotel's.com. this the first-time is has been lacking. House keeping will knock at my door, hours after"

"I didn’t like space for the toilet seat as it was tiny and I need space for my legs to be comfortably seated while I clean myself. The water pressure of the shower wasn’t normal. It felt like a trickle and it took so long for me to rinse off. Sleeping on the bed was not the best experience because I was scratching my leg area the whole night. I couldn’t be sure if it was caused by dust or insects."
