The staff were very friendly and always helpful whenever we needed anything. The rooms were clean, and the bedding was very comfortable, which made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. "Wonderful 2-night stay here in January. Beautiful hotel and amazing location inside the ancient town. The proprietor Amy spoke excellent English and was super kind. Always making us tea. Breakfast was simple, but very good. I will definitely stay here again when I return."

"The room is modern and spacious. Excellent location as it’s just next to the old town. Staff is very friendly. As we had 2 rooms, I’ve emailed to the hotel in advance to have it near to each other. It was nice that they did as the hotel’s layout is like a courtyard style. So you can imagine if one has to walk from one building to the other in the cold. It was also great that they had the WeChat services which enable guest to contact the hotel directly for any request. Thought the idea was excellent. Highly recommended! "
