A peaceful stay over a number of days at this property. The restaurant was great with delicious food. I would have liked to see a change in menu over the days so opportunity for more variety. The mattress could do with replacing. Room was warm.

Amazing location! Walking distance to Polzeath beach, shopping and cafes. Only a 15mins drive to Port Isaac.

We booked 3 rooms this hotel at the last minute for a family gathering, after another hotel in the area let us down. We were so pleased with the rooms and the location. The restaurant/bar on site was super handy so we could have a few drinks together and not have to worry about driving. The location is slightly out of town, but there are loads of dining options a short drive away if you’re not eating at the restaurant. Breakfast was delicious, although a little bit pricey. Old style unique hotel, spacious rooms with a great view. Nice breakfast included. Very friendly staff.

We landed in the UK after a long trip from Australia, got a car and drove to this gem. Hannah was amazing, she greeted us with a warm welcome and was very hospitable, we felt very comfortable here, it was quiet and relaxing, the grounds were amazing and the breakfast was incredible… Thanks Andy, you make an amazing omelette:) Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay again.

The couple running the apartment were very friendly welcoming and gave us good advice for area. We enjoyed the space property had to offer and owners really helped us with some extras we needed for our travels

Incredibile property facing the Incredibile Atlantic ocean view. The facilities were top notch in the very new hotel. Staff were extremely helpful and accomodating. Highly recommend.
