is amazing (had the best hot stone massage there) and the service at the entire hotel is EXCELLENT! Special mention to Omar who is the heart beat of the resort … he takes care of everything that you can possibly need and more. Thank you for making our stay so memorable

"I honestly choose a resort, but I accidentally choose this area. However, I would recommend for those who are low budget travelers but who are willing to take a break and rest in their amazing hot springs. They do have hiking trail, but it is the best not to go in the midst of rain. You will slip and get yourself all muddy. I learn that that hard way. You can walk around the town, but honestly, there is not too much to see aside from the church and cemenetry.The church had an interestingsaint...

"This place is amazing for a quiet and restful stay, also if you want to have a romantic time. Food at the restaurant is really good, although little expensive, otherwise I would do this as my weekend place to lunch or dinner. For sure a recommended place to stay if you want to be close to the city key touristic points, or if you will go up to Pichincha summit "

"Beautiful hotel and grounds with wonderful views off our back deck. The 2 person jetted tube was just what was needed after a day long hiking treks. Friendly and professional staff and we enjoyed a very good dinner on site and the included breakfast had several options and you can choose all you wish to eat."

"This is a fantastic hotel. Very peaceful and beautiful, located in the jungle on a hill side next to the river. From the cabins there is a great view over the beautiful garden and tree tops. The river water is clear and perfect for a swim. The service and hospitality is outstanding. "

"We had an amazing stay at the Mindo Toucan Platinum Suites. The service was absolutely incredible from finding good places to eat to the massages we received. The rooms were very comfy and clean, and the property was beautiful. Would 10/10 recommend this for your stay. "

"A very nice full-service property. I had a very good dinner that was reasonably priced. And the exercise facilities were exceptional with a pool, exercise equipment rivaling a dedicated gym.
My standard room was spacious, with a desk, sofa, and chair. It had a mini fridge and the bed and sheets were very comfortable. Breakfast was included and it had many options.
My only complaint was that the internet servicing my room was often not working (though it was fine else on the property)."
