Was excellent

Very comfortable, staff very friendly and trained well. We stayed for 2 nights and didn’t leave the hotel. Food was excellent, including room service. The spa was also first rate. It is very secure.

We had a less than satisfactory first stay at Hemingway’s, but when we returned a few weeks later they went out of thei way to make up for it. Great service recovery. Anyone can have an off day but it is how you treat a complaint that differentiates hotels. This is a lovely hotel with lovely big rooms (junior suites), set in beautiful gardens. Stayed for 9 days and used as a base to explore Nairobi and beyond. The suite was beautiful, the garden green and beautiful, and the staff excellent, friendly and very helpful. A perfect place away from the hustle and bustle of city hotels and traffic. I'd recommend it unconditionally.

We were very impressed by staff friendliness and the great food

We travelled with family of four from Australia. Novotel exceeded our expectations in everything, good for its price, rooms are clean and bed is wonderful, located between two big shopping malls Sarit and Westgate. Staff is awesome and very cooperative. Breakfast is basic, but good. We recommend this hotel to anyone. Very safe and comment for everything. We will definitely come back again.

Arrival is a little unsettling as the driveway is very steep and security rummage through the car and your luggage but once you’re through it’s a beautiful hotel. Various options for eating, really helpful staff - and an extremely clean and well-maintained property. We did have an issue with water not flowing through the shower drain fast enough to stop flooding but this was sorted out within 30 minutes. Andrew enjoyed a lovely meal in the rooftop restaurant. Would stay again; and recommend.

Excellent modern property with lovely spacious rooms. The hotel uses the latest in technology with electronic drapes and clearly marked lighting modes. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was excellent and the pool bar served delicious cocktails and wood fired pizzas at very reasonable prices. What’s not to like. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and the complimentary airport transfers make it a perfect location for those transiting in Nairobi. Would happily stay...
