She makes it as you are visiting old friends, with great conversation, suggestions for things to do and taking extra steps to make holiday trouble free. Great hotel, very clean with a great pool and private beach

Beautiful hotel, lovely pools, fantastic breakfast. Nice to spend a few days relaxing after a busy holiday. Nothing around the hotel so forces you to just relax and use the amenities.

The room was as described, was clean and the resort facilities were very good. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment which had plenty of space and ideal for families. The resort pool was good and the resort in general had a nice resort vibe. You do not go to reception when checking in or out, someone meets you at your room and you pay a cash deposit, but this went smoothly although feels a little weird. They do have somewhere to store your bags, despite the room not being directly provided...

We enjoyed 5 nights at the Four Seasons Nam Hai recently with our 12 yo daughter. We worried at the start that the resort may be too 'grown up' for her but they really get kids even though it is top end for luxury. The staff are all exceptional and it may be a cliché but nothing was too much trouble. Immaculate resort with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The grounds and pools are excellent and the room was lovely and clean thanks to housekeeping. Great location just outside old town. 😀

Hotel Royal is a beautiful property in a fantastic location, close enough but not too close to the Old Town Action. The breakfast is amazing and staff incredibly welcoming and helpful, will definitely be staying here again!

Customer service was exceptional! Friendly staff and we received an upgrade with ocean view without asking. I cannot fault this place or comment on something i didn't like. It was superb! We will definitely be returning to this place again.

The hotel was beautiful, the room was stunning and extremely comfortable. The service from the staff was awesome, I stayed for a week and both Ame and Gigi were always there to say hello and check in with me to make sure everything was perfect and we’re happy to help and arrange anything I wanted to do. I stayed at Hotel Chiem for three nights in June. This hotel was a great find. The reviews are true. The staff were truely amazing they could not have been more helpful and friendly.
