The location is brilliant less tham 1 km to the harbour, Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar. The staff are so helpful especially Murat. The Terrace view is spectacular for breakfast or evening cocktails. Would highly recommend and the pool is great after a day of sight seeing.

Everything is beautiful and exceeds expectations. The hotel staff are outstanding - without exception. We had booked a panorama room, but were upgraded to an executive suite with amazing views of the Sea of Marmara.
It was a very large and well appointed suite. While check-in is at 3.00pm we had access to the suite immediately after we arrived at around 9.30am. You could not have asked for...

Only issue was the ritz Carlton driver on the way to the airport tried overcharging by an extra 500 lira even though it was a fixed fair. He backed down after some argument but not a nice look on the ritz Carlton to allow this type of behaviour
