Special thanks to our lovely Waitress Rita who took great care of us at the Ballaro restaurant. Also to the wonderful cleaner who serviced our room #3715 daily during our stay (30/7 & 31/7 to 5/8). It was so nice to come back after a day of activities to an immaculately clean and spotless room, so sincere thanks!

The breakfast was amazing, catering to all taste.
The pool area was on a roof top, and staff were attentive, next time I would take advantage of the other wonderful amenities, such as the saunas, and the spa treatments.

I stayed on the 22nd floor in a premium room, it had a great view, staff were helpful with any concerns I had, and it was a very enjoyable stay. I will keep this review as an Aussie Expat in Dubai.

- My Room (premium room), the shower is only separated by a glass and thin curtain, so if you have guests in your room, they can see you shower!
- The hotel is 5 star, so room service can be a little bit expensive,keep that in mind.
