4 Star Hotels in West Mackay

Loved staying here last night. The staff were very friendly, food was great and the accomodation was beautiful. Will defentley be staying here again.

We had 2 young children with us so having that extra single bed in the room was great. The parking was good had extra room to fully open the doors on the car without having to squeeze beside the other cars. The rooms were nicely renovated with an old country stone charm. The in room Neptune’s Seafood was amazing recommend the Chicken Malibu Sauce dish! Only downfalls 1. the pool wish it was heated so the kids could go for a swim. Was just good service all round

Staff were lovely, room was very clean and comfortable, nice big tv, beautiful pool, wonderful restaurant. I can't fault the coral cay, it was wonderful:-)

Super convenient and tidy property. The check in was very welcoming. Just off the main A1 highway but was very quiet after the scheduled planes landed. Road noise no issue. I’m not a shift worker so I had a wonderful sleep.

Excellent Hotel, spotless room with comfortable beds. The extra little touches make it special like the elephant made from towels with sunglasses for my daughter

Had a great stay, nice clean modern rooms, kids were impressed to say the least to have their own room and space. Close to everything in Mackay city, would definitely stay again.

Staff were great. Room was perfect…..really appreciated the kitchenette to prepare meals and lunches. Continental breakfast was a great bonus. Excellent value for your money. Will definitely rebook next cricket tournament.

Spacious Rooms that are well appointed. The outdoor furniture against the balustrades is a concern though if you have young children.

Superb venue, lovely clean, modern and well appointed rooms. Very friendly operators, recommended good places to eat and see. Free wifi, breakfast included in room rate, absolutely faultless. Simple little touches, like a little wave from the operator as you drive in and out make for a great experience.

We needed a room for the night at short notice to accommodate wife, self daughter and granddaughter. Booked through Wotif, arrived and found motel offered everything we could ask for. Have worked a lot overseas, so know the difference between value for money. We only stayed 1 night, but definitely got value for money. Will seek to stay again, if we need revisit Mackay.

The Clarion Hotel Mackay Marina is our place to stay in Mackay. Great staff, spacious clean rooms, quiet relaxing atmosphere, comfy beds and a fabulous pool.

After calling ahead to tell the staff we had a wedding to attend at 2pm we are allowed to check in 2 hours early to get ready. Very happy with their customer service

Chose this place as part of a package deal with flights. Excellent accomodation. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room is one of the best we have stayed in for a long time. Room we chose was a self catering studio unit with kingsize bed. Room was serviced regularly and cleaning staff very co operative. Highly recommend this place.

Clean, comfortable, great location, friendly staff, comfortable bed, easy access to lift from secure car park Had a most enjoyable stay and Jess the front office manager made it even better for me Will be staying here again
