There are really no words to describe the level of service at Agnes! The staff are without doubt the most welcoming and hospitable of anywhere I’ve stayed in the world. From meeting us at the train station, to offers of drinks each time we passed through reception, to the advice, and the included breakfast each morning. Excellent accommodation in Prague with easy access to main attractions. Fabulous apartment with all amenities required for a comfortable stay. Great location, plenty of choice for food, bars and supermarket if self catering. Excellent staff and managemen, with Mykhaylo providing great information and service during our stay. Absolutely excellent experience and comfortable apartment. We will be back for more. New modern kitchen, Bathroom in fact whole apartment was new

Great communal spaces on the ground floor of this hotel including the bar and restaurant as well as plenty of seating and free games for kids. Hotel is a little way out from the old town (30 min walk) but conveniently placed right near a tram stop.

Would have appreciated more lights in the bedroom. Esp for reading n bed. Otherwise great.

Great hotel with very friendly & efficient staff. Very convenient access to the Metro made getting around Prague very easy. Hotel was spotlessly presented, but general surrounds were not great. Would definitely stay again.

Services was excellent. Even got ac complementarity bottle of wine. One minor point to note that the Gym only opens at 11.00 am which is not avc OK convenient time to start exercising

Good location and large comfortable room. It’s remotely operated so you get a code for entry (no reception). I’d go back.

The area of the hotel is in a lovely part of town out of the centre but close enough. We loved the room, the breakfast is excellent, the staff are very friendly and helpful. We walk in the nearby park, a really beautiful park. The restaurant annexed to the hotel served well made Czech traditional cuisine the food are amazing!

Excellent hotel in a great area of Prague, with most sights easily walkable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful junior suite room, which was large, very comfortable and warm with lovely toiletries, coffee machine etc. The spa was small, but very nice. Would definitely recommend.

Great location just a couple of blocks away from the Charles Bridge. Well within walking distance of the major tourist attractions. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful. It was great having a little kitchenette and also the washing machine. Overall a fantastic experience for me
