"This was our first stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Toronto Airport. The complimentary shuttles arrived on time, and the drivers on both occasions were pleasant. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff was pleasant and efficient. Our room was spacious, well appointed, and meticulously clean. We enjoyed the welcome happy hour that included two free drinks and fresh and plentiful snacks. Supper in the restaurant was also good, and the next morning's complimentary breakfast included both hot and cold items that were fresh and delicious. The wait staff members during the evening and the morning were pleasant and attentive. Overall, we were very impressed with our stay and would highly recommend this property. We were also impressed when we received a pleasant reply from the duty manager to a review we had left directly with the hotel."
