The staff were so friendly and helpful! They did not have my room ready when I came to check-in, but they were very nice about it. I was not in a hurry, so that was fine by me. Very cute little rooms in a beautiful mint green color. I was travelling with a friend and we both found it great. The location was perfect for our brewery tour getaway.

The gym was decent, and we thoroughly enjoyed the sauna, heated saline pool, and don’t forget to at least visit the rooftop bar! The rooms were very spacious, and the views aren’t to write home about despite getting the city view room.

We had the most wonderful experience staying at Hi-Li. The staff were friendly, wi-fi was fast, and double thumbs up for the interior space - it is beautiful! Hotel was also close to pubic transport, shops and food market/trucks.

It is the first time there was no house keeping everyday. Also i would like to have clean towels everyday which was not happening. No proper instant coffee. It should have an adaptor for foreign customers.
Anyway it was close to everything. That was the main thing. And not very far to walk to the restaurant or find our morning coffee from starbucks.
