All good

Staff were so friendly and helpful when I arrived early stored my bags emailed me when the room was available early and had moved my luggage into the room. Not common in France.

My family and I stayed at Montmarte Residence over our Christmas break for a week. The apartment was absolutely outstanding. The hotel staff were fabulous, assisting us in any way they could (eg. Organised taxis for us). They even gave us a gift of macaroons for christmas! The location was right in the middle of Montmatre and in walking distance to everything (the metro was 1 minute walk up the road). We will stay again!!!

Very welcoming and a terrific customer experience nothing was a problem and all requests catered for. Would highly recommend this boutique accommodation and I’m looking forward to making my way back to this hotel again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Le Pigalle. The hotel is located in the central Pigalle district. Very close (walking distance) to Montmartre, and a stone's throw from the Metro which can quickly get you elsewhere around the city. Yes, the Pigalle area is known for its adult entertainment, but I, as a single female traveller, did not feel unsafe or uncomfortable at any stage. In fact, I loved the area. Perfect hotel for both relaxed local eating and drinking but also for exploring Paris. Will definitively stay here again on our next visit to Paris!

My room was very clean and comfortable, and the painted mural made it seem really homely. It was well air-conditioned, which was really important given the heat wave conditions when I was there. As I was staying alone, the room size was very comfortable, however, if two people were staying, it might be a little cramped. I understand that’s normal in Paris. Everything I needed was here My upgrade was wonderful The rooftop bar just amazing with perfect views of Paris and the Eiffel Tower. Location is close to numerous cafes, restaurants abd metro.

I loved this placed. Great location, close to Moulin Rouge, heaps of musical instrument shops around, close to a nice little Jazz bar. The staff were friendly and really helpful. My only issue was the shower. Despite having it on cold it was still scolding hot!
