The Cloud One Hamburg-Kontorhaus

8/10 Good

"The hotel lobby and bar are extremely unique and comfortable with large chairs and comfy couches everywhere. The breakfast was expensive for what was available (primarily cold foods and a coffee machine). Staff were friendly and accommodating, although the bottled water wasn't available to everyone and for the cost of the rooms this was exceptionally disconcerting. I booked a king size bed but when I got to the room it was a very small room and only a queen size bed. Still Loved the look and it was in a great central location for our needs."

Prize by Radisson, Hamburg City

8/10 Good

"The staff were helpful and breakfast was great. The coffee was great and the selection fantastic. The room could have used a better cleaning but it wasn’t terrible. It was just not as good as I expected. The carpet in the room was stained and I think a better cleaning job should have been done. Still I would consider staying here again"

HENRI Hotel Hamburg

10/10 Excellent

"We loved the help yourself/ trust payment for food and drinks. Everything was very good value and quality. Breakfast worked well. Staff were very helpful. We enjoyed all the quirky Henri style stuff. Hotel is super convenient for the train station and the metro. We did loads with our Hamburg card although it wasn’t so useful for food."
