"We stayed at Taj Lands End, Mumbai, for six nights to celebrate my mother’s upcoming 75th birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience.
Arya at check-in was superb, warm, and welcoming. As the room we’d booked wasn’t available, he upgraded us to a Club Room, which was absolutely fantastic. The room was spotlessly clean, modern, and very well-maintained throughout our stay. The Club Lounge was also exceptional, with great food and service, and the staff ensured we were happy at all times.
The hotel even arranged a birthday cake, which was a very kind touch. Anil from housekeeping on the 22nd floor did a phenomenal job; he kept our room in pristine condition and went beyond expectations, always checking in to see if we needed anything.
From start to finish, it was seamless. On any future visit to Mumbai, we’ll definitely stay at Taj Lands End again."
