4 Star Hotels in Maroochydore

We stayed here for a 1 night weekend away with 3 young children and it was enjoyable. The 2 bedroom room on the 3rd level was self contained with wifi and plenty of space for the children to play with their toys. Only 1 block away from the beach and walking distance to a variety of restaurants for dinner, as well as McDonalds (a necessity for breakfast when travelling with children :) ). The only small downsides would be that both bathrooms had showers, no bath which would have been nice to...

A nice, modern hotel within a few minutes to the beach and Mooloolaba shopping/dining precinct. We stayed in a 1 bed apartment which was spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. A user friendly Tv/entertainment setup was great. The room was also very quiet. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others. The only thing that would be preferable would be a larger pool, but that encourages you to walk across the road and use the beach!

We recently made a last minute decision to getaway to the Sunshine Coast for a few nights and booked the hotel through a Wotif.com. On arrival, the staff were lovely. Our room was beautiful and clean (which is extremely important to me as I'm a Germ-o-phobe!). Beds were extremely comfy, with high quality bedding and pillows. All amenities were in good condition and clean. Lagoon pool is lovely (there's a couple of friendly resident scrub turkeys and ducks that wander the grounds) and kids liked...

We went for a 2 bedroom apartment this stay and well worth the extra costs for the extra room and great views. Loved the Pools, gym and game rooms. Staff were also very friendly.

We have stayed here a few times now and always have a great holiday. The staff are very pleasant, accommodating and relaxed. We did not use the pool and facilities on this occasion but the pool was cleaned daily and is very pleasant. The apartment was lovely with the kitchen equipment clean and tidy. We will definitely visit the Alexandra again!

Was shouted the weekend away from our kids for our 40th wedding anniversary, had a great stay and decided to stay a further night, will definately be going back

Our family had a great time at First Light, Mooloolaba! The hotel itself is very clean and modern. We were greeted by a friendly person at the counter. Highly recommend! Only minor issue was the size of the car park. We were in a single park against the lift and it was difficult to get in and out of our car. Didn’t put a damper on the holiday though!

The swimming pool is heated to make swimming very refreshing. The BBQ area around the pool is fantastic. The secure car park allocated a double length car park so it was perfect for our car and JetSki.
