"Location was great for baseball game. Room was good, besides bathroom floor. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned (hair on floors). They experienced elevator issues while we were there but were quick to communicate to guests and get issues resolved."
"We had a wonderful stay when we were in town to watch a sporting event. When we were checking in the front desk was so friendly and accommodating and explained everything about the parking and amenities. Our room was immaculate and the view was amazing. We were walking distance to Huntingdon Bank Field. We were extremely happy with the breakfast buffet at the hotel restaurant, and the staff was attentive. We also enjoyed beverages and live entertainment on the rooftop lounge where the view was spectacular. Special shout out to Anika on the wait staff and to the talented performer Maria Petti who had us laughing, clapping, and singing along. Just an excellent experience overall - highly recommend!"
"No phones in the room and wasn’t informed of this before they gave it to me. Ordered breakfast room service and never received it. Told manager and nothing was done. Very disappointed in my stay there, however the bar and bartenders were excellent. "
"The staff was great, however…the room was dirty, there were spiders right when i entered, the sheets had stains on them, I booked this room just for the hot tub and pool when i arrived it was under construction for my whole stay, the doors stated they were locked so no one could enter without a key however i was able to walk right in with no key. The shower did not work properly, the key card to the room itself kept disabling so I had to stand in long lines to get it fixed. "
