"Very clean room, very engaging staff and greeted us with a smile upon arrival. He also offered water, coffee, tea, etc. when waiting for our room to be available. The towels were very clean, soft, and fluffy and they use the best amenities in their beautifully decorated room. The front desk staff helped with arranging our taxi early in the morning and offered us something to drink before departure. I highly recommend this hotel and the staff! I would stay here again when I visit Paris next."
