"Clean room Wish the breakfast menu would be different on a daily because the experience would not be the best if you booked multiple days and had to eat the same thing every single morning.
Loved the pool, wish the spa pool would be a bit more warm."
"Staff were not well trained. They listened to our concerns but did not take any action, so we had to repeatedly follow up about the same issues.
For example, the shower was reported as broken the night before, but it was still not fixed, and we had to ask again the next day.
In addition, the fire alarm went off at 4 a.m. on two consecutive nights. On the morning of our flight (4:30 a.m.), we were in the shower when the fire alarm went off again. We had to rush out, which caused a lot of unnecessary stress while we were trying to leave for the airport.
Overall, the hotel needs better staff training and faster response to maintenance problems."
