"My arranged hotel transfer was not present on my arrival. After a call to the hotel and 15 min I was enroute to the hotel. As I was on an early morning flight - I used the spa showers to freshen up. They told me they’d message me in wats app when my room was ready. No messages and back to hotel at 4pm only to be told room still not ready. Impossible I said as checkin time was 3pm. A room then became available. Not much of a city view but it was a very nice room. Other than that - breakfast buffet was great especially items from made to order menu"

Ask for a Mountain View room otherwise you’ll be looking at the ship yard."
"Love the location. Breakfast is excellent although tables can be hard to find at busy times. Staff good. Bit of gripe, the iron in the room had not been cleaned and it left a huge black mark across a white shirt that’s now ruined."
