10/10 Excellent
"Awesome room and awesome view. Perfectly placed in Umeda nearing incredible restaurants encapsulating what Osaka truly has to offer. Could not have asked for a better stay!"
"Rooms were pretty clean but the washroom in our room reeked a but of pee. But the rest of the room and amenities were amazing. I personally really loved their onsen, I will definitely come back just to experience it again."
"The room had enough space to open two big luggage.
When you go to the onsen, the staff came often to make sure that it’s clean.
Nice staff and there was convenience store in 1 min!"
"This is not a 5-star hotel, 3-star at best! Let me break it down for you:
Breakfast: no salt or pepper on tables, no napkins
Rooms: small, no coffee maker, no soap ( just foam) or hand lotion, low quality shampoo and conditioner
Location: not close to the big shopping centers in the north nor the Dotonbori area!
Food: took 30 minutes for a sandwich and fries!
And lastly, this is the first hotel I’ve ever been to that charged me for a late check out! Would definitely avoid this hotel! "
