"We stay there at least once a year and love it. Greatest breakfast buffet! Located near McGill University and very central for all our trips. Limited underground parking available for small cars."
"Clean, good location. Staff friendly and helpful. Had a junior suite, fairly quiet except for a constant whooshing noise from (I'm guessing) the elevators. Bed was very comfy."
"Rooms were tidy & beds made each day. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable of Montreal's services & sights. Continental breakfast had a lovely variety. "
"Fortunately, i have only one thing to complain about, I didn't check the online website before booking because i was looking forward to an indoor pool. But that was my fault because it does say it is an outdoor pool and it wasn't available in april. We stayed in the king bed balcony room and it was fantastic! Clean, big, full sized kitchen and everything else was beautiful. I just wish i was staying there longer than one night. Its close to everything you need and want. The club soda is 7mins walk away, which was excellent for our late concert. Staff is great and breakfast was included with so much food restriction varieties. They even had chia seed cups for my gluten free friend. I am definitely going back!"
"The hotel is not fancy, but it is kept pretty clean. The room exceeded our expectations as it was spacious and the kitchen area had everything we needed. The plus side is the location with public transportation & Place d'Armes Square being walking distance. I would definitely book here again."
"I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel. The room felt unclean from the moment we arrived. We found what appeared to be bed mites in the bed, and we were itching throughout the night. The carpet had visible stains, and the towels did not look properly washed. The room was also cold, and the bedding did not feel fresh. The bathroom was not well maintained — the shower wasn’t working properly, and the toiletries provided were very poor quality and did not provide enough.
The only positive part of the stay was the breakfast which included eggs, yogurt, bread, tea, coffee and fruits. The staff were friendly, but the service was inconsistent."
