"Awakened to a comforter normally covered in a clean bedsheet that had excrement and other stains on it. It was truly disgusting. Just because you put a clean sheet on the comforter doesn't make it sanitary. Gross"
"The room #840 was not up to the level of this high end Hotel!
I would have had a nicer room at a local name brand hotel. The valet was great, front desk was nice but did not seem to mind putting us in this room. The Monarch had great staff and drinks were great!
