"The orange juice machine was broke the entire time I stayed there for 4 days and they charge double more than Walmart or gas station for bottle juice and water and food.
There is only one microwave which is in the lobby and none in the rooms and this is the last time I stayed in spark by Hilton in Colorado Springs"
"My AC broke and had the room at 65°. They didn’t have any maintenance person because it was 3 AM so all they could do is move me to another room. I’m disabled and so I had a lot of equipment that I needed to unplug and remove and so took me over an hour to get to new room. I should be reimbursed for a day of my day because to deal with 65° room and try to cope with it and then to be moved at 3 AM and have to set up all my equipment again is not fair to me and I got no sleep. The whole purpose of staying at a hotel is to get sleep."
"Clean room, great breakfast the only thing is now they charge for parking and they want you to pay advance which is great until you check out and they charge you again to park . I’m not sure I’ll be back and I used to really like this hotel "
