Overall, I had a reasonable stay. The accommodation was in a convenient location and had the basic facilities we needed. The room was generally comfortable, although there were a few areas that could have been better maintained and cleaned. Communication was fine, and check-in was straightforward. It was suitable for a short stay, but there is definitely some room for improvement.

Excellent location with good internal window exposure. However room size is exceptionally small.

The onsen is heaven for soaking in after a hard days sightseeing. Subway is 5 minutes away and heaps of places to eat within 5 to 10 minutes. Convenience stores across the road

Great value for money! Although the room is compact (as is typical with most Japanese hotels), it is well-equipped and very clean. The breakfast is complimentary and surprisingly generous. Location is convenient—just a 5-10 minute walk from Gangnam Station, and there’s a direct bus to the airport right outside the door. Would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Seoul!

This was my second visit which means I was satisfied with the hotel. This time the room was not very cleaned when I first moved in but the staff were kind. They are trained better than 5 star hotels. Thank you for your kind hospitality while I was staying. I will come back to your hotel for my next visit to Seoul.

Clean room in prime location, easy to hail cans from and within walking distance of convenience stores and restaurants. Very reasonably priced for Gangnam.

This hotel was a great find! I really enjoyed staying here. The room is really big compared to other properties in Seoul. Very clean with daily housekeeping. The bathroom is beautiful, with separate shower and a very large bathtub. The king size bed (very rare in Seoul) was super comfortable. Stayed for 10 days following surgery. Very easy to get around from this location being 5 minutes walk from Gangnam Station (Green line). Lots of English-speaking staff who are very friendly and welcoming.

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times and it never disappoints. The breakfast buffet was great value for money especially in a city that rises late. They even had soy milk for coffee, hard to find in Seoul outside of Starbucks. My bed was so comfortable and I love that you can control the room temperature. I can't wait to go back. Thank you.

This place is good for lone travelers or small groups of friends. It's close to trendy street, Garosugil, and has ease of access to subway station via laneways. The Hotel isn't your typical luxury hotel, but it exudes the living concept of modernity through minimalist furnishings and ecological materials. It is very current in terms of style.
