"Perfect location. Given a complimentary upgrade to an executive room with a stunning view of the Tower of London and lovely extras of a coffee machine, mini bar and dressing gown/slippers. Two great bar areas and very friendly staff. We will definitely return"

Had ongoing issues getting towels, washcloths, hand towels throughout the stay (had to call down every day for something)… middle of the night call from room service, despite having not ordered. No follow up or apology from staff. Would probably stay again, but would go elsewhere if costs/location were equal. "
"Bar area is a nightmare , nor enough staff and a long wait for a drink. Breakfast is a war zone, being a single traveller the staff kept clearing my table every time I went to the buffet bar"
"One of the best breakfasts we’ve ever enjoyed. The manager and staff were very cooperative, especially as we have special dietary requirements my little one is coeliac (gluten intolerance) and there were also plenty of halal options available."
"We had a lovely stay, we were given a complimentary room upgrade from standard double to deluxe double for our anniversary. We were given a small cake and a small fruit basket as well. We also asked for an extension on our checkout by 1 hour which was given as complimentary. The staff are very helpful and the service was excellent. The hotel is in great condition and has a great bar and restaurant. The location is great too with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby"
