"Our room wasn't ready for us when we arrived. After waiting about 20 minutes, they upgraded us to a junior suite. The room was outstanding in every way and the view was spectacular. The breakfast in the morning was also exceptional. Our sincere thanks to the staff. I will stay in Hilton resorts more often in the future based on this stay!"
