He welcomed us with genuine care, managed all the check-in procedures smoothly, and ensured we were completely satisfied. While waiting for the rooms to be ready, he thoughtfully arranged complimentary drinks at the restaurant, which reflected true five-star hospitality.
At the restaurant, Abdul Kareem was exceptionally kind and attentive.
Another highlight was Lujain at reception, who was the icing on the cake — extremely welcoming, warm, and informative.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with comfortable beds that allowed us to rest well. The location is excellent.
A few points for improvement: the bathrooms felt slightly worn out, a and the room service, as is often the case in Makkah and Madinah hotels, was below the expected five-star standard. Additionally, the ladies’ prayer room would benefit from more privacy or better isolation from the main entrance, to enhance comfort and serenity."
"Alhamdulillah, Hotel management and staff were really supportive. They allow late check in and arrange my travel from Madina to Mecca. Though room's furniture and interior was old but it is ok because it is budget friendly. From prophet mosque 15 to 18 min walking distance. "
