"El staff es muy amable. La habitación amplia y confortable. El desayuno en su mayoría es de comida china, por eso solo lo probé una vez. Al cuarto de laundry hay que hacerle mantenimiento.
Pero el hotel en todo lo demás es excelente! Siempre regreso ahí!
Muchas gracias al staff por hacer que mi estadía fuera muy buena!"
"Staff were extremely helpful and our room was spacious clean and quiet with lounge access. Food was good and plentiful in the lounge. We were allowed late checkout and lounge access until we left for our journey back to the airport several hours later."
"Greatly appreciate to the manager Ye, Miss Deng and Miss Su for their continued support and the tour to the history of the hotel, it was a wonderful trip in deed."
"The housekeeping was good, the staff were helpful. The room was great. But what i do not understand is that I booked a non-smoking hotel so that I have a place to avoid the never-ending smoking in China but they allowed a smoker to continue smoking despite already highlighting it to them. If the non-smoking rule is not enforced, you probably have to inform your guests that there will be smokers smoking in the hotel regardless. By the 2nd time I informed your staff, the smoker should have been chased out after the 1st warning."
"Family trip of 4 adults 2 kids, we book two superior rooms and requested for side by side room but unfortunately was given quite far apart (although on same floor). The check in process is unusually long and staff can’t give accurate information such as the breakfast rate and one of the staffs even told me 2 and 4 years old kids breakfast are chargeable. Otherwise the location of hotel is good, linked directly with a luxury mall with some nice restaurants nearby."
