"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Vietnam. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was soft, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi connection was strong and reliable.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Even though I arrived a bit late, they checked me in quickly and made sure I had everything I needed. They were always ready to help with directions, local recommendations, and any questions I had.
The location is also very convenient, with shops, restaurants, and cafés nearby. It made it easy to explore the area and enjoy the local food.
Overall, this hotel offers great value for the price. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and friendly place to stay, I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again."
"Beautiful property right on the beach with a great central location. I just can’t say enough good things about the hotel staff. Everyone from the front desk, to the pool attendants, bell staff and housekeeping were exceptionally friendly and kind. They look after every need you could possibly have. The buffet breakfast is very good and fresh every morning. I travel quite a bit and this is a great property, one of the best I’ve stayed at. All thumbs up from me! "
"This isn’t a five star hotel
Pool has tiles missing
Meal in beach club ridiculous- ordered pasta with garlic bread, bread never came and on questioning they said chef doesn’t do it anymore??? It was on the menu and not a cheap meal
Breakfast in restaurant- you have to wait to be seated as very busy - not vey 5 star
On check out they offered to take the cost of garlic bread off (probably about £1) - clearly that is a poor response to legitimate issues raised and reinforcing the point about not being 5 star"
"Great hotel. Staff are fabulous & very accommodating. Location very good & food is excellent.
Roof top pool is very good with even better views.
Sushi restaurant on top level is also very good with great staff. "
"Hot water was out for the first night, Air condition was broken on the second day. Room was not clean. Dust and dirt had appeared everywhere. Staffs were nice and polite. "
