"While the room was large & had 3 separate beds to meet our needs, it had a horrible musty mold smell. The white sheets & towels were a yellow stint & should have been thrown out a long time ago. The tea kettle to warm water would also not work. As for the bathroom area; the sink ONLY had hot high pressure water & the bidet didn’t work.
The Breakfast was a nice spread, but a lot of pastry goods. The eggs /meat / vegetables were cold; disappointing because they tasted good.
The Front Desk & Breakfast staff were very pleasant. The Car Service with staff personnel needs to improve communication as driver never arrived at communicated time on 2 separate occasions. "
"The whole experience was perfect. The first things you see when entering the hotel are the waterfalls - such an amazing view. The staff was truly lovely as well. Being able to get up in the morning to be the first in the park was such a pleasure. Highly recommend this hotel. "

Rooms and facilities cleaned. Staff weren’t rude, they just need to be more welcoming and not that serious when talking to their clients. Other than that was good. "
"Room was okay, minimal electrical outlets, wifi worked well. Staff are nice enough, however, absolutely no English spoken, was an issue for us, but that is on us, not on them. Service in restaurant was horrible, had to go to front desk repeatedly to get someone to help us. Most importantly, had hotel book a transfer to the airport (with written confirmation). Transfer was late. At 10 minutes late, we asked them to contact the transfer company. At 20 minutes late, we called an Uber. It arrived in 2 minutes. We have no idea if the transfer ever arrived"
