Concord Hotel

"Great location an easy short walk from train station, very easy to find, right at the end of the pedestrian old-town area, with virtually all public transportation options a few steps away. Breakfest is an extensive buffet; among the best we have experienced. Staff was always helpful with good suggestions, and always a smile and acknowledgement when we came in the door....surprising what a difference that makes. Hotel provides access to the Gym/Athletic Club next door. We will definitely stay at Concord on our next visit."
"Close to Porta Susa. But the hotel is really basic. Sound insulation is non existent. You can hear the next rooms bathroom. And noise from outside. My room was quite large and clean. It's a little way from the centre. But i loved the walk with lots of cafes and shops.

"Extremely friendly and helpful staff…they literally went out of their way helping me with an issue I had. ~5 min walk to one of the entrances of Porta Susa. I was able to walk with a large suitcase and a carry on from the hotel to the station. Majority of the attractions are within walking distance and it felt safe walking or taking the metro even at night. Lots of shops and restaurants are nearby that stay open late. "

The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, which made the whole stay even more enjoyable.
My room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, and I appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of the room.
The facilities were top-notch, and every area of the hotel was clean and well organized. The atmosphere throughout my stay was relaxing and pleasant, making it easy to feel at home.
