"What a great hotel! Perfect location close to everything. The staff were very helpful too. Shoko made sure we were able to get our laundry done in time before leaving by helping find a second machine to use. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Sapporo."
"Breakfast was fantastic. Room was very clean everyday and room was a great size with a nice view. Close to transportation and plenty of restaurant options."
"I visit Japan regularly and having arrived in Tokyo this hotel is welcome pitstop that ticks all the boxes as a tourist. Clean, small rooms very thoughtfully designed with the traveller in mind. Despite other reviews stating that the air conditioning is centrally controlled throughout the property this is not the case. There is a control panel built in to the bed headboard, and along with the room lighting dimmer switches there is a touch panel that controls the in-room temperature and air-conditioning fan speed. Breakfast buffet is fine, served in a small Izakaya attached to reception. Will stay again."
"Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms and sauna are about what you expect. Getting placed in the ancillary building is a bit weird though and makes it more of a hassle to reach the sauna or other building facilities like laundry."
