"We stayed here our last night in Tokyo before flying back to US. It was super convenient being at the airport already. They were able to store our luggage after we checked out until it was time to check in for our flight. There were many food options and also several places to shop (including 24 hour Lawson’s!). There was a piano open for play and also a rickshaw you could ride around if interested. We managed to keep ourselves entertained for 6 hours before our flight."
"The hotel was clean and in a great location, with shopping and restaurants nearby. The staff was top notch. Easily one of the best hotels my family have been to. Everything was accommodating."
"Nice and clean. Fantastic staff (as is usually the case in Japan). Couldn't ask for a better location -- property itself has a lot to explore, and it's 2 mins from Suidobashi station (love that station too).
Beds are very comfortable and views are great on the upper floors. Really good on-site amenities.
There are only 5 laundry units for 1000+ rooms. It can be a battle but you'll have better luck during off hours (since we were awake anyway due to the time change).
Elevators will bake you alive in the mornings on warm, sunny days (unless there's AC that just wasn't on during our stay).
Again, the service is fantastic everywhere, but in particular the server at the bar on the 6th floor is absolutely adorable and the sweetest thing ever.
Channel 11 tells you when the breakfast buffet is crowded which comes in handy. The 43rd floor is also great for breakfast if you want a more relaxed, sit-down experience (we didn't try the traditional Japanese breakfast place). Having these included was a nice bonus."
"Room was great. Location was great for out it itinerary. Room was spacious enough. Had a family mart basically around the corner. Restaurant and onsen in the hotel. Great experience. "
"There’s a metro station across from the hotel which was very convenient. The hotel also has restaurants and a Family Mart which came in handy for late snacks or early morning coffee. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The shuttle service to the Disney parks was great. "
"While the room size was just sufficient for our luggage, we found the laundry facilities lacking; the dryers were ineffective, forcing us to air-dry damp clothes in our room. However, despite these minor inconveniences, the overall service was exceptional.
The hotel location is near the train station thus making our trips to and from Shibuya very easy. There will be a next time for us to book in this hotel."
