"Good ambience, expensive buffet looked delicious, close to MOA, quiet though small room, nice shower but BYO wash cloth. Bellman very late for checkout. Shuttle pickup never showed, so we took Uber."
"The staff was very accommodating and kind during our stay. I requested an early check-in because my mom had just undergone surgery, and although check-in was officially at 2 PM, they allowed us to check in at 1:30 PM, which we truly appreciated.
However, when we entered the room, the AC was not working. Maintenance came to try and fix it but unfortunately couldn’t, so we had to wait around 30 minutes before being transferred to another room. My mom was already very exhausted from her recent surgery, so the extra waiting and moving rooms was difficult for her.
The next day, housekeeping cleaned in the afternoon, but the service felt incomplete. Some trash was left behind, and the room did not seem fully serviced as expected.
Overall, I appreciate the staff’s effort and kindness, especially with accommodating our situation, but there is definitely room for improvement with room maintenance and housekeeping services."
